REFUND POLICY:

At Dress 2 Impress NH, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for returns for Online boutique items or Facebook VIP group Boutique purchases only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • ALL SECOND HAND/CONSIGNMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
  • ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM JUNCTION 71 ARE FINAL SALE!

Return Process

  1. Contact us at dress2impressnh@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Ship the item at your cost
  3. Original Shipping will not be refunded.
  4. Store Credit will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours of processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
