This Consignment Contract is entered into between Dress 2 Impress Consignment, located in Nashua New Hampshire 03063, United States. The Consignor agrees to place the following items on consignment with Dress 2 Impress Consignment All items must be clean, in good condition, and free of defects unless otherwise noted.The Consignee shall determine the initial selling price of the items based on market trends and item condition. The Consignor shall receive the final selling price of each item. Payments will be available immediately.The consignment period shall be from the date of this Contract. If any items remain unsold at the end of the consignment period, they will become property of Dress 2 Impress Consignment to dispose of at its discretion.
